Ingredients
- one stick of softened butter
- three quarter cups of sugar
- three medium ripe bananas
- one teaspoon vanilla extract
- two eggs
- two cups of all-purpose flour
- a half a teaspoon of salt
- one teaspoon baking soda
- a pinch of nutmeg
- a pinch of allspice
For the cinnamon sugar:
- half stick of softened butter
- granulated sugar
- brown sugar
- cinnamon

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease loaf pan and set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl add one stick of softened butter and three quarter cups of sugar.
- Using a spatula or wooden spoon. Mix really well until everything is blended and it’s nice and fluffy.
- Mash three medium ripe bananas using a fork or a potato masher. Masher really well until everything is combined.
- Add one teaspoon vanilla extract followed by two eggs. Mix really well until eggs are evenly blended.
- Next add two cups of all-purpose flour followed by a half a teaspoon of salt.
- One teaspoon baking soda a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of allspice.
- Mix that really well until all traces of the flour has disappeared. Be careful not to see.
- Set that aside.
- In a small mixing bowl add the half stick of softened butter together with the granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix until you have a creamy consistency.
- Pour about one third of the butter into your prepared loaf pan.
- Add a dollop of cinnamon sugar using a spatula or the back of a butter knife and make a big swirl.
- Repeat with another one third of the butter and cinnamon sugar and finish with the remaining bottle.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.

Cooking Tips
To do so use a dinner knife and stick it in the center of the loaf. If it comes out clean then your loaf is ready.
Serving Suggestions
Once it’s nice and cool you can slice and enjoy.
After 60 minutes, carefully remove your loaf from the oven and check for done next. Allow the loaf to remain inside the loaf pan to cool for a further 20 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. Until next time bye guys
