  1. Now we’re going to add some salt, half a teaspoon, or a teaspoon.
  2. Add some pepper.
  3. Add half a teaspoon of creole seasoning.
  4. Add one finely chopped onion.
  5. You can just go ahead and turn a heat off and mix this together.
  6. Now we’re going to make our soup mixture.
  7. Add a cream of chicken soup and a cream of mushroom soup.
  8. You can do one of each, two of each, two of either one.
  9. Add about a cup and a half of milk.
  10. Add a little bit of salt and pepper to this as well, about half a teaspoon each.
  11. Whisk it together.
  12. Now we’ll assemble the cusp of all dish.
  13. I cut a two to three large, roasted petanos.
  14. You want to cut enough just to kind of cover the bottom in a nice thick layer.
  15. Sprinkle the meat mixture on top.
