Ingredients
For the Taco Seasoning
- one half teaspoon smoked paprika
- one teaspoon cornstarch
- One half teaspoon cumin
- one half teaspoon chili powder
- One half teaspoon ground black pepper
- one fourth teaspoon salt
- One half teaspoon garlic powder
- one half teaspoon onion powder
- salt if you want
For the Beef Filling
- olive oil
- Garlet
- Green little pepper
- Sweet peppers
- Jalapeno
- Onion
- white half pound ground beef
- taco seasoning
- one fourth cup corn
- Potato
- one fourth cup beef broth
- small beef bolly cubes
- Green onion
- One fourth cup cooked into beans
For the Quesadilla
- tortillas
- butter
- grated cheddar cheese
- Monterey cheese
- any cheese as you like

Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables.
- Combine one half teaspoon smoked paprika and one teaspoon cornstarch.
- Combine One half teaspoon cumin and one half teaspoon chili powder.
- Combine One half teaspoon ground black pepper and one fourth teaspoon salt.
- Combine One half teaspoon garlic powder and one half teaspoon onion powder.
- Now you have taco seasoning.
- Add more salt if you want.
- In a pan add olive oil.
- Saute garlic.
- Saute Onion.
- Saute Green bell pepper.
- Saute Sweet peppers.
- Saute Jalapeno.
- Set it aside.
- In the same pan brown white half pound ground beef.
- Brown until no red color.
- Drain the liquid because that is a task.
- Add a taco seasoning.
- Give it a stir for about a minute until you can smell the aroma.
- Then slow the mix it all together with the meat.
- Add the saute vegetables.
- Add one fourth cup corn.
- Add Potato.
- Add one fourth cup beef broth.
- Add more later on.
- Cover it for about eight to ten minutes.
- After that add small beef bolly cubes.
- Add Green onion.
- Add One fourth cup cooked into beans.
- Add more beef broth if needed.
- Taste it.
- Address the seasoning if needed.
- Set it aside.
- In a pan and making heat add butter.
- Milled the butter.
- Add a tortilla.
- Flute the tortilla time to time.

- Remove the tortilla.
- Turn down the heat and add cheese to the pan.
