Ingredients for cheesy and crispy beef quesadilla

Ingredients

For the Taco Seasoning

  • one half teaspoon smoked paprika
  • one teaspoon cornstarch
  • One half teaspoon cumin
  • one half teaspoon chili powder
  • One half teaspoon ground black pepper
  • one fourth teaspoon salt
  • One half teaspoon garlic powder
  • one half teaspoon onion powder
  • salt if you want

For the Beef Filling

  • olive oil
  • Garlet
  • Green little pepper
  • Sweet peppers
  • Jalapeno
  • Onion
  • white half pound ground beef
  • taco seasoning
  • one fourth cup corn
  • Potato
  • one fourth cup beef broth
  • small beef bolly cubes
  • Green onion
  • One fourth cup cooked into beans

For the Quesadilla

  • tortillas
  • butter
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • Monterey cheese
  • any cheese as you like

Instructions for making cheesy and crispy beef quesadilla

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables.
  2. Combine one half teaspoon smoked paprika and one teaspoon cornstarch.
  3. Combine One half teaspoon cumin and one half teaspoon chili powder.
  4. Combine One half teaspoon ground black pepper and one fourth teaspoon salt.
  5. Combine One half teaspoon garlic powder and one half teaspoon onion powder.
  6. Now you have taco seasoning.
  7. Add more salt if you want.
  8. In a pan add olive oil.
  9. Saute garlic.
  10. Saute Onion.
  11. Saute Green bell pepper.
  12. Saute Sweet peppers.
  13. Saute Jalapeno.
  14. Set it aside.
  15. In the same pan brown white half pound ground beef.
  16. Brown until no red color.
  17. Drain the liquid because that is a task.
  18. Add a taco seasoning.
  19. Give it a stir for about a minute until you can smell the aroma.
  20. Then slow the mix it all together with the meat.
  21. Add the saute vegetables.
  22. Add one fourth cup corn.
  23. Add Potato.
  24. Add one fourth cup beef broth.
  25. Add more later on.
  26. Cover it for about eight to ten minutes.
  27. After that add small beef bolly cubes.
  28. Add Green onion.
  29. Add One fourth cup cooked into beans.
  30. Add more beef broth if needed.
  31. Taste it.
  32. Address the seasoning if needed.
  33. Set it aside.
  34. In a pan and making heat add butter.
  35. Milled the butter.
  36. Add a tortilla.
  37. Flute the tortilla time to time.
  38. Until it’s crispy.
  39. Remove the tortilla.
  40. Turn down the heat and add cheese to the pan.
