Ingredients

Ingredients for creamy bacon mushroom thyme chicken

  • four chicken thigh skin on bone in
  • about a teaspoon of salt
  • about a teaspoon of pepper
  • tagging seasoning (little basil, little thyme, little oregano mix)
  • about a tablespoon of oil (vegetable oil)
  • six ounces of white mushrooms
  • four or five pieces of bacon, fried and chopped
  • a cup of heavy cream
  • a teaspoon of salt
  • five sprigs of fresh thyme

  1. Hit the chicken with a simple seasoning, little salt and pepper.
  2. Just salt and pepper to your liking, no particular measure man maybe about a teaspoon or so of each.
  3. Give it a nice little color.

  20. Bring that to a boil.
  21. Bring it down the low immediately as soon as we get to a boil.
  22. Let it reduce and simmer for about two minutes or so until it reduces a little bit.
  23. Bring that chicken out.
  24. Give it a test, make sure it’s cooked fully.
  25. Add the chicken to the mix.
