Ingredients

  • Four 7-ounce salmon fillets
  • 2 teaspoons of sea salt
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup salted butter (or olive oil)
  • 5 cloves garlic (freshly minced)
  • ½ cup honey (you can adjust the amount of honey for sweetness)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (or Tamari for gluten-free option)

Instructions

1. Get ready

Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). Put parchment paper or foil on a baking sheet to make it easier to clean up.

2. Make your glaze

Put the butter, soy sauce, honey, and garlic in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk until smooth, then let it cook for three minutes. The sauce will get a little thicker.

Craft your Glaze. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine butter, soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Whisk until smooth and let it simmer for 3 minutes – the sauce will thicken slightly.

3. Add seasoning and glaze

Put the salmon fillets on the baking sheet you made. Add a lot of salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the food. Pour the delicious glaze over the salmon, making sure to cover it well.
Note: Don’t marinate ahead of time. The caramelized sauce and spices will give your honey-glazed salmon a lot of flavor.
