So this is like the cookie dough balls that you find in like cookie dough ice cream.

When I was a kid, I would purposely like pull all of the cookie dough balls out and just see that and leave the ice cream.

I’ve loved the cookie dough, but I also I would say a little paranoid about eating raw eggs and so I don’t.

I am one that I will say I never just eat dough like when I’m making cookies.

Ingredients

Ingredients for eggless cookie dough

  • butter
  • granulated sugar
  • brown sugar
  • vanilla
  • milk
  • heat treated flour
  • salt
  • mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Mixing instructions for cookie dough

  1. To start we’re going to just cream the butter and our sugars.
  2. Cream this together until it’s nice and smooth.
  3. Now that that is all combined, we’re going to add in the milk and our vanilla extract.
  4. Again just mix until it’s all nice and smooth and combined.
  5. And next goes in the flour and salt.
  6. Dump this.
  7. Just mix until all combined starts slowly though, so we don’t send flour everywhere.
  8. And the last thing we’re going to do is just fold in these chocolate chips.

Cooking Tips

So we heat treat the flour to kill any bacteria that is in the flour if you look on your flour bags.

It’ll say do not eat raw, so heat treating it makes it so it is not wrong anymore.

You can either heat treat it by putting it in the oven, so you like sprinkle it out on a cookie sheet and put an oven for like five minutes on 350, or just pop it in the microwave for about a minute.

These will not bake in the oven, okay?

So don’t try to bake them.

There’s no eggs, there’s no baking soda, no baking powder, there’s no leavening ingredients, they will not rise, they will not stay together, they would just melt into a big puddle of goo.

Serving Suggestions

As I’m stirring in these chocolate chips here, go down and comment below and let me know what you’re going to use your cookie dough for.

I mean, I’m all for just diving in with a spoon, but putting this inside of regular cookie dough is actually kind of amazing when you bake it, because this one won’t bake up, so it stays nice and ewy in the middle, or topping like cheesecakes with it, or putting it onto cupcakes.

So let me know what you’re planning on doing with your cookie dough.

So you can put this into a little container and give it as a gift, or like separate it, just in serving sizes, or you can even roll them into balls, and then put them into a container.

I actually like to roll them into little cookie dough balls like this, and then put them in the fridge, and then put them all into mason jars, and then give them as gifts, a really cute way to give a little treat to somebody that needs a little pick me up.

I mean just build this up real small and put it in your ice cream.

So there you have how to make eggless cookie dough that tastes exactly like real cookie dough.

They’re easy to make, just pull them into your mouth and chow down.
