Family Night Dessert Recipe

Well, hello friends and I’m Renee and tomorrow is our family night meal where the entire family gets together and you all know I do the cooking for that.

So today I’m going to do the dessert.

That way it’s done and it’s out of the way and you can do this from make ahead, obviously.

Why You’ll Love This

• This is really easy.
• Cake mix or cake box cake mix, it makes wonderful gunkakes and desserts and cookies and this is more than just a box cake.
• You can doctor it up and it’s fabulous.
• It makes a perfect dessert.

Ingredients

• two yellow cake mixes
• four eggs
• two-third cup of oil
• three cups of chocolate chips
• nuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Crack four eggs into here.
2. Put two-third cup of oil in here.
3. Get this mixed up.
4. Finish mixing it with my rubber spatula to get that.
5. Mash them down.
6. Add three cups of chocolate chips to this.
7. Fold these in there.
8. Give my pants a spray.
9. Spread it out all around here and evenly as you can.
10. Bring all that this way so we can fill in this corner over here.
11. Add it down a little bit, make sure there’s no holes, make sure all the corners are filled in.
12. This is going to go in a 350 degree oven for about 25, 25 minutes, 25 minutes depending on your oven.

Cooking Tips

• This is going to be really, really thick. That’s all right. That’s what you want.
• You don’t want any clumps. None.
• You could do this and make this in your stand mixer, but it’s really easy to just do it by hand.
• You can add nuts to that too.
• This is probably the hardest part of the entire thing is getting this in here and spreading it out.

Serving Suggestions

• I’m going to cut these all in squares and put them wrap them up for my family for tomorrow.
