Ingredients
- potatoes
- ground beef
- beef broth
- onions
- black pepper
- adobo seasoning
- red bell pepper
- chop garlic
- olive oil
- smoked paprika
- w sauce
- garlic powder
- onion powder

Instructions
- Heat up our olive oil over medium heat.
- Add our onions, our red bell peppers, and cook this for about three to four minutes, allowing them to soften.
- Go in with our garlic and saute this garlic in here for additional minutes.
- After that minute, add our ground beef to this mixture.
- Continue cooking this, and break this apart as we brown our ground beef and get it cooked all the way through. This should take about five to seven minutes.
- After that five minutes, season our mixture with our double seasoning here, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, smoked paprika, and our ws sauce.
- Get that mixed in real quick, get those flavors talking to each other.
- Once you’ve got that mixed well, go in with your potatoes, and get this coated in our ground beef mixture as much as possible.
- Once you get that mixed in, go in with your beef broth.
- Bring that to a boil.
- Cover that baby up, drop our heat down to low, and let that simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes until those potatoes are tender.
- Turn our heat off.
- Remove our top, and get this baby mixed around in here, just a little bit.

Cooking Tips
You can omit that if you don’t want to, but it adds additional flavor.
You want to make sure you have enough beef broth where your potatoes are actually in the beef broth, not on top of each other, just like this.
So adjust your beef broth as you see fit.
