Ingredients
For the Chicken:
• boneless skin list chicken thighs
• salt
• black pepper
• oregano
• a little bit of olive oil
For Searing:
• olive oil
For the Sauce:
• cut up bacon
• butter
• minced garlic
• minced onion
• red pepper flakes
• dried rosemary
• dried thyme
• white wine

Instructions
- Trim off a good amount of the fat on the chicken.
- Season the chicken with some salt, black pepper and oregano.

- In the same pan, cook some cut up bacon.
- Cook the bacon until all the fat is rendered and it has turned golden brown.
- Take the bacon out of the pan and set aside for later.
- Use a paper towel to absorb half of the fat from the bacon.
- On medium heat, add some butter to the pan and let it melt.
- Once the butter has melted, add some minced garlic, minced onion, and some red pepper flakes, dried rosemary, and dried thyme.
- Saute these for about two minutes to release their flavors.
- Add some white wine to deglaze the pan.
- Next add some health and health.
- Add some Parmesan cheese.
- Add these on mustard and one little chicken beyond cube.
- Mix everything in and let the sauce cook for about two minutes on medium heat to thicken up a little.
- Then add some freshly chopped baby spinach.

- Sprinkle the cooked bacon all over the chicken.

- Let everything cook for about two more minutes.

- Make sure your chicken has an internal temperature of 165 fahrenheit because that’s the safest temperature for fully cooked chicken.

- The longer this sits, the thicker the sauce gets.
