Honey Cinnamon Butter Recipe
This past weekend we celebrated a family member’s birthday by having dinner at home. I had wanted to make fresh dinner rolls to have with our dinner and I wanted to make a honey cinnamon butter to go with the rolls that is a knock off from a famous restaurant and I found the recipe on the website. I made a double recipe of this because I didn’t know how many people that I was going to be serving for dinner so I am going to just give you the measurements for one recipe and you’ll also be able to find that written out.

Why You’ll Love This
I was very happy with the way this turned out. It was so good. You’ve got to try this.

Ingredients
- a quarter of a cup or 25 grams of confectioners powdered or icing sugar
- one stick of softened salted butter which is a half a cup or 113 grams
- a tablespoon and a half of honey
- three quarters of a teaspoon of cinnamon, ground cinnamon

Instructions
- First of all add a quarter of a cup or 25 grams of confectioners powdered or icing sugar to a deep mixing bowl.
- Then add one stick of softened salted butter which is a half a cup or 113 grams to the powdered sugar.
- Then start mixing on low speed with a hand mixer or even a stand mixer or by hand.
- Then increase the speed to high speed once it starts incorporating.
- And then I just mixed it on high speed for a long time to get it whipped and have a lot of air into it.
- Then I put it into two containers with tight fitting lids and put it into the refrigerator to keep it until we had dinner.

Cooking Tips
I didn’t really measure the cinnamon or the honey I just kept on adding and tasting until it was the way that I wanted it to taste.
So I whipped it with the hand mixer maybe a minute or two.
I’m pretty sure that this will keep a long time as long as you store it in the refrigerator and I haven’t tried it yet but this would probably freeze really well.
Serving Suggestions
This would also be really good put on a baked sweet potato or steamed carrots or even mashed sweet potatoes.
So there you have honey cinnamon butter inspired by a popular restaurant here in the United States. And here are the finished rolls. They turned out really well and I won’t tell you how many I ate.
