Ingredients

- four salmon fillets
- one tablespoon of blackened seasoning
- the juice of one lemon total
- four lemon slices
- salt and taste
- pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- three tablespoons of olive oil
- one bunch of asparagus
- 12 ounces of gold baby potatoes
- four lemon wedges
- half teaspoon of oregano
Instructions

- Start by boiling the potatoes.
- So in a saucepan with water, add in salt and the potatoes and bring this to a boil and boil for about seven to eight minutes.
- Then drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, work on the marinade for the salmon.
- In a small bowl of one tablespoon of olive oil, add in at the blackened seasoning, the juice of half of a lemon, and salt.
- Mix the marinade together.
- Pour the marinade evenly onto the salmon, and make sure that all of the salmon is coated well with the marinade.
- Set the salmon aside and preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Take the asparagus and drizzle it with a tablespoon of olive oil, and season with pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
- Now give this a quick mix and set it aside.
- Now, in a bowl of boiled potatoes, season this with pepper, garlic powder, salt, and oregano.
- And mix this really good.
- I forgot to add in the olive oil, so I’m adding it now.
- Now, take a sheet pan that is lined with parchment paper, and add the salmon onto the pan, along with asparagus and the potatoes.
- Make sure to evenly spread the vegetables onto the pan.
- Squeeze some lemon juice over the salmon and the vegetables, and add the lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Finally, add the lemon wedges onto the pan, and bake this for about 50 to 18 minutes.
