Ingredients

Ingredients for salmon and vegetable bake

  • four salmon fillets
  • one tablespoon of blackened seasoning
  • the juice of one lemon total
  • four lemon slices
  • salt and taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • three tablespoons of olive oil
  • one bunch of asparagus
  • 12 ounces of gold baby potatoes
  • four lemon wedges
  • half teaspoon of oregano

Instructions

Cooking instructions for salmon bake

  1. Start by boiling the potatoes.
  2. So in a saucepan with water, add in salt and the potatoes and bring this to a boil and boil for about seven to eight minutes.
  3. Then drain and set aside.
  4. Meanwhile, work on the marinade for the salmon.
  5. In a small bowl of one tablespoon of olive oil, add in at the blackened seasoning, the juice of half of a lemon, and salt.
  6. Mix the marinade together.
  7. Pour the marinade evenly onto the salmon, and make sure that all of the salmon is coated well with the marinade.
  8. Set the salmon aside and preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  9. Take the asparagus and drizzle it with a tablespoon of olive oil, and season with pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
  10. Now give this a quick mix and set it aside.
  11. Now, in a bowl of boiled potatoes, season this with pepper, garlic powder, salt, and oregano.
  12. And mix this really good.
  13. I forgot to add in the olive oil, so I’m adding it now.
  14. Now, take a sheet pan that is lined with parchment paper, and add the salmon onto the pan, along with asparagus and the potatoes.
  15. Make sure to evenly spread the vegetables onto the pan.
  16. Squeeze some lemon juice over the salmon and the vegetables, and add the lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  17. Finally, add the lemon wedges onto the pan, and bake this for about 50 to 18 minutes.
