One Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Pasta
Hi guys, welcome to my kitchen sand, making one pot creamy beef and garlic pasta.
Alright, I’m sort of out of a skillet.
I have a pound of ground beef I ground up and I drained off the excess grease.

Then this is a real quick and easy meal.
Like I said, I’m not feeling good so this is perfect.
Creamy, cheesy, well-seasoned.
Really easy, really delicious.
One pot meal.

Ingredients
- a pound of ground beef
- one medium onion I diced up
- 4 cloves of garlic
- a half a couple of beef broth
- a couple of heavy cream
- a little bit of water (to make it a full cup)
- a teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- A half a teaspoon of salt
- a quarter of a teaspoon of black pepper
- a half a cup of greater Parmesan cheese
- a little bit out of the new one (Parmesan cheese)
- leftover linguini (about four ounces)
- leftover spaghetti
- about a half a cup of water
- fresh chopped pars
- dry parsley (optional)
- a little more fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
- I have a pound of ground beef I ground up and I drained off the excess grease.
- I’m going to add one medium onion I diced up into that.
- I’m going to stir this onion in here for a few minutes over the evening until starts to start translucent and soften up.
- I’m going to add a 4 cloves of garlic.
- I’m going to stir that around and I’ll let that heat through quick.
- I’m going to add a half a couple of beef broth.
- Stir that some mixed together.
- I’m also going to add a couple of heavy cream.
- I’m just going to pull a little bit of water and then make it a full cup.
- I have my heat on medium.
- I’m going to add in a teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
- A half a teaspoon of salt.
- And a quarter of a teaspoon of black pepper.
- I’m going to stir that all together.
- I’m going to add in a half a cup of greater Parmesan cheese.
- Give that a stir to get everything combined.
- I have some leftover linguini from the other night’s video.
- I’m going to put that in there.
- I’m going to break it in half.
- I have some leftover spaghetti.
- I’ll break this in half.
- I’m going to stir that and release up to a gentle boil cover it.
- I’m going to let a cook over medium heat for about ten minutes.
- I want to put in about a half a cup of water to see where the pasta drank that up.
- I’ve cooked this for twelve minutes.
- I have my heat off.
- I’m going to have a little more of that for your Parmesan cheese and just give a little extra cheese flavor.
- I’m going to add in some fresh chopped pars.
- Give that a stir.

Cooking Tips
If I need to, I’ll add a little more water in it because that pasta is probably going to soak up most of that.
So you can also use the dry parsley if you want to have fresh.
Serving Suggestions
I want to hand a garnish out with a little more fresh parsley.
