Ingredients

  • two cloves of garlic
  • 50 grams of sundry tomatoes
  • unsalted butter
  • 125 grams of frozen spinach
  • five large eggs
  • one eighth cup of self-raising flour
  • feta cheese
  • a pinch of black pepper powder
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. all you want to do is mince them
  2. cut my sundry tomatoes into smaller pieces
  3. put unsalted butter in a pan
  4. once it melts down you want to add your garlic just saute it for a couple of minutes
  5. add some spinach and cook them until it looks something like this so it is spinach for around three minutes
  6. after that you want to add your sundry tomatoes
  7. saute them for another three minutes or something until all water evaporates
  8. once cooking is done you want to set it aside
  9. break eggs
  10. you want to beat your eggs
  11. add one eighth cup of self-raising flour and mix it in nicely
  12. add spinach and tomato mixture
  13. add some feta cheese which i have already crumbled
  14. add a pinch of black pepper powder and a pinch of salt
  15. everything is in this bowl and mine mixing is all done
  16. grease a baking tin
  17. pour your batter and you want to fill it up up to 2.3
  18. bake them in the oven for 10 minutes at 190 degree
  19. do that to pick test

  • make sure it cools down a little bit before you transfer it to the egg mixture
