Ingredients
- chia seeds (two tablespoons)
- kaffir yogurt
- You could use any yogurt you want if you want it to be paleo dairy-free
- Coconut yogurt or any other you like
- if you want it low-carb used as low-carb yogurt as you can find
- (a couple of tablespoons)
- whole milk
- if you want to be low-carb then go for an almond milk
- if you want a dairy-free Paleo or so almond milk or a dairy-free milk
- beautiful Island whole milk
- raspberries
- you could use raspberries, strawberries and mixture
- Any berries you like
- a handful

Instructions
- We’re gonna go and prepare some raspberries.
- Use a little or as much as you like depending how much raspberries you want in it.
- How many carbs you want in it?
- I’m just gonna take a handful and start meshing them up in a glass.
- I’m just really going to take a fork and mash them to get a bit of the raspberry puree happening very roughly just so it when it’s mixed through it gets lovely and distributed.
- And raspberries are that lovely and immeasurable so it really just takes a couple of mashes and you’ve got almost a raspberry puree happening.
- And then we just mix all our ingredients through.
- I’m going for two tablespoons of the cheer seeds.
- And again you can do it as a little or as much depending how thick or how thing you want your cheer pudding to be.
- I know add inside that lovely kaffir you get.
- use any yo get you like a couple of tablespoons of that.
- And then stop by mixing this through.
- And then I’m gonna add milk and top it up until I’m happy with how much I want my pudding to be.
- I’ll just gently mix it all through.
- I’ll just really gently mix everything through until it’s all distributed.

Cooking Tips
You can enjoy your cheer pudding straight away.
But you’re really best off popping it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
