Ingredients

- smoked sausage that I already cut up
- a whole onion
- minced garlic
- 32 ounces of frozen heads browns
- a little tonis
- 2 cans cream of chicken
- half a stick of melted butter
- a cup of sour cream
- 8 ounces of shredded cheese
- some more shredded cheese
- some parsley
Instructions

- Go ahead and preheat your oven at 3.75, okay? Preheat your oven at 3.75.
- I got a hot skillet ready for these smoked sausage that I already cut up.
- Make sure I don’t pop myself with a grease.
- We’re going to put, this is like a whole onion.
- We’re going to wait for this, get our emos, almost red to take out. We’re going to put some minced garlic in at the last minute.
- So we’re just going to saute this thing up, get it to, you know, the, your desire, brownness of your sausage.
- I’m going to go ahead and cook this, and I’m going to go ahead and put my milk garlic in in just a minute or so, and then I’m going to take everything out of the pan.
- We’re going to put everything together to get ready to put it in the oven.
- This is some frozen heads browns, 32 ounces of frozen heads browns.
- Now we’re going to dump our oven, our little sausage onions, minced garlic, put that off in there, okay?
- Let me stir this, stir that off in there.
- I’m going to put a little tonis in there, just to give it a little wake up, wake it up a little bit.
- Now what we’re going to do, we’re going to put our cream of chicken, our can, cream of chicken here.
- The second can, boom, dump two out the way. Let me stir this a little, fold this in.
- Then we got a half a stick of melted butter, pull that in now.
- This is a cup of sour cream.
- I got some cheese, some shredded cheese, we go, this is eight ounces of shredded cheese, we’re going to put that on.
- Get that mixed in, that sour cream I’ve put in there. Oh, let me get this, this metal spoon, get out in there.
- Just trying to make sure it’s a mixed in will.
- Get a couple of most scoops turned over.
- We’re going to put it in the casserole dish, spray your casserole dish, I already sprayed mine off camera.
- We’re going to put this in here, like that, then you’re going to slow it out, okay, they just smooth it out.
- I’m going to cover this, put it in the oven on 375 for like 45 minutes.
- I’m going to check and make sure, you know, it’s, you know, soft, the potatoes are good and soft, and then I’m going to take it out, so we can put some more cheese on top.
- Now I’m about to put some shredded cheese on the casserole, okay?
- I put some parsley on there before I put it in the oven. I’m going to put some more on there.
- And then we’re going to cook it for about another 25 minutes, just test your potatoes and see if it’s soft enough.
- So I’m going to put some parsley.
- I’m going to put this back in the oven at 375 for about another 20 to 20 25 minutes.
- I’m going to test the potato, see if it’s soft, like I like it.
Cooking Tips

You could use real potatoes, but I suggest you might want to pre-boil it a little bit and then, you know, get ready to put everything together.
If you don’t like canned soup. You can go ahead and start trying to make yours on the side.
I got some cream and chick cream or chicken. So you can make use of cream or chicken if you don’t like canned soup.
If you don’t like cream of chicken, you could use whatever cream of mushroom, cream of celery, whichever one you like.
